Payment Policies
At The Green Practice, our goal is to provide flexibility to accommodate your preferences. We accept payment by cash, check, Zelle, or Venmo. For coaching sessions with Hadley requested through the online booking system, a valid payment method must be provided at the time the booking request is submitted. The card provided will be charged 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. If you have any inquiries regarding the payment options, don’t hesitate to contact us.
Refund Policy
Cancellations and reschedulings of appointments should be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged for the appointment. This policy helps us manage our schedule effectively and accommodate clients. Thank you for your understanding!
Insurance
Please note that we do not accept insurance. However, patients of Dr. Green in Florida and California can request forms to submit to their insurance company for reimbursement. If you have any questions or need assistance, please feel free to reach out.
